At 3d Calcs (3dcalcs.com), accessible from https://3dcalcs.com, we believe your design files, 3D printing parameters, and cost estimates belong exclusively to you.
Our calculators run 100% locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. When you enter print weights, electricity rates, or upload 3D files (.STL / .OBJ / .3MF / .gcode), that data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any remote server.
2. Information We Store: LocalStorage Only
To make repeated use convenient, we offer the Printer Profile Bar which allows you to persist default settings (such as your printer model, currency preference, and electricity kWh rate).
This data is stored solely in your browser's localStorage (keyed under 3dcalcs_profile_v1). You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache or clicking "Reset Profile".
3. Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Advertising
We do not deploy invasive user-tracking cookies. We may use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure page views and ensure site reliability.
To support free access to our tools, we may display non-intrusive advertisements served by Google AdSense or qualified third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies or web beacons to serve ads based on prior visits to our or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
